We read the sleep training material so you don't have to! Just implement these easy to follow steps to start nap training today.

This plan is for 4 - 6+ month olds who are successfully night time sleep trained. Day sleep is typically established once night sleep is consistent so if your baby is sleep trained for night sleep, then you are ready to tackle naps.

This is not the sleep training plan. If you have not sleep trained your baby, refer to the Simple Parenting Sleep Training Plan. You must finish Sleep Training before starting on Nap Training.

This document is designed so that you have an easy step by step guide to nap training without having to read a book or take a class. It does not include any of the science or additional information that isn’t paramount to the actual nap training guide. If you are interested in more information I suggest purchasing Precious Little Sleep or the Taking Cara Babies class.

This plan includes giving up the pacifier cold turkey but works if you want to keep the pacifier.

The plan is a minimally designed pdf which makes it easy to print.

Worked but took a while to get longer naps. Think that is normal
