I read the books, studies and materials so you don't have to! In a few pages you have an easy to follow, step by step night weaning plan that works for a 5+ month old and you can start TONIGHT.
This document summarizes two approaches: 1) The Quick Night Weaning Plan and 2) The Gradual Night Weaning Plan. It further breaks the two methods down into Breastfeeding and Bottle feeding instructions. These plans are for those wishing to wean their baby off some or all night feedings once your pediatrician has given the sign off.
This document does not include any of the science or additional information that isn’t paramount to night weaning. These plans work best for sleep trained babies (See the Simple Parenting Sleep Training Plan for more information on sleep training). The Quick Night Weaning Plan can be started on the first night of sleep training. If you are interested in more information we suggest purchasing Precious Little Sleep or the Taking Cara Babies class.
